Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR; Artsakh) Prime Minister Ara Harutyunyan issued a message of congratulations on the coming New Year and Armenian Christmas holidays.

“2014 was a year of ups and downs for our Motherland, full of perils and opportunities. But, regardless of the adversary’s inroads, peace is still hovering over the Armenian world, [and] owing to the strength of our soldier.

“The about 9-percent economic growth recorded in Artsakh is another accomplishment [of the passing year]. We plan to maintain the progressive economic growth rates in the year 2015, too. By developing Artsakh’s economy year after year, we will guarantee the existence of the desired future based on development and security.

“Each and every Armenian can have a significant role in the development of Artsakh,” the NKR PM’s message specifically runs.
