YEREVAN. – Belarus stands ready to discuss the setting up of an agricultural equipment assembly, or repair, enterprise in Armenia.
Ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) MP Tachat Vardapetyan noted the aforesaid at a press conference on Friday. He stated this while reflecting on the Armenian-Belarusian Interparliamentary Group meeting that was held on Monday in Minsk, the capital city of Belarus.
Vardapetyan recalled that the matter of setting up such a venture in Gyumri, Armenia, was already discussed in 2014.
“Today, we can already state that the co-chairmen of the Armenian-Belarusian Interparliamentary Friendship Group and the Intergovernmental Commission are ready to discuss plans for the construction of such an enterprise,” stated the RPA MP.
