YEREVAN. – The American national currency (USD) exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) was AMD 474/94$1 in Armenia on Wednesday, a 0.55 point rise as compared to Tuesday.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 524.33 (up by AMD 2.79), that of one British pound was AMD 731.88 (down by AMD 3.33), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 8.35 (up by AMD 0.06), informed the press service of the Central Bank of Armenia.

One gram of silver, gold and platinum amounted to AMD 238.36, AMD 17,655.56 and AMD 15,972.08 respectively.

The sales totaled $600,000 at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange at an average exchange rate of AMD 475.5/$1.
