France, Switzerland and Armenia refused to vote on anti-Russian resolution during the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly's session in Helsinki.
They explained their move by the absence of the Russian delegation, TASS reported.
The resolution was proposed by Canada and Ukraine, the supplementary item introduced during the session was entitled “The Continuation of Clear, Gross and Uncorrected Violations of OSCE Commitments and International Norms by the Russian Federation.”
