Seven servicemen and six activists were injured in clashes between supporters of the Free Patriotic Movement, a Christian movement, and law enforcers.

Supporters of Free Patriotic Movement leader Michel Aoun took to the streets demanding protection of Christians’ rights and speediest solution to the political crisis connected with the appointment of top officials, RIA Novosti.

Unless Christians speak out today, they will face the fate of Christians of Iraq and Syria, Aroun added.
