YEREVAN. – It is indispensable to introduce a constitution that will be possible to implement afterwards.

The secretary of Armenia’s opposition Heritage Party National Assembly Faction, Tevan Poghosyan, stated the aforesaid at a press conference on Monday.

He added, however, that the most important thing is not the text of the constitution.

“Any reform shall be acceptable to each and every citizen of the Republic of Armenia,” said Poghosyan. “Reforms are very important in the [country’s] electoral system, where there is a problem of distrust.”

According to press reports, the full text of the constitutional reforms will be introduced on Wednesday.

Subsequently, there will be respective discussions with the political forces of Armenia.
