Russian businessman German Sterligov offers to put gold and silver drams into circulation in Karabakh.

“Karabakh has three main components for implementation of this project. First of all they have gold. Secondly, Karabakh is unrecognized republic, and therefore they are not tied by any restrictions of international bankers and Federal Reserve System of U.S.,” he explained.

In addition, this project may be supported by the Armenian Diaspora that can use gold and silver drams as an internal currency for the Diaspora members, the businessman said.

Sterligov also proposed to establish the world's first ecological offshore in Karabakh. The NKR President could issue a decree prohibiting the sales of plastic bags and bottles, providing full transition from chemicals to natural cleaning products not to poison rivers and streams, as well as a prohibiting chemical fertilizers.

“I also offer to increase the supply of food from Karabakh to Russia, to create a Russian-Karabakh trading house and deliver only pure products without chemicals and GMOs,” he added.
