YEREVAN. – Student and youth union of Hunchakian party staged a protest action near the OSCE office in Yerevan on Friday.

The protesters from "Sargis Tkhruni" union condemned the recent remarks by OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair James Warlick referring to the return of “occupied territories” to Azerbaijan as a part of comprehensive settlement.

“We declare there is not an inch of occupied land in Artsakh. Moreover, Azerbaijan has occupied Armenian Shahumyan, Getashen, Martunashen, Artsvashen regions. The statement by the American co-chair is one-sided, and they do not properly react when the Azerbaijani armed forces violate the ceasefire, resulted in killing both military and civilians. The remarks by the American co-chair of OSCE Minsk Group are far from being balanced and unbiased,” protester Roman Tsatinyan said.

The statement has been handed over to the OSCE office.
