The United States and Cuba are opening embassies in Washington and Havana on July 20.

Secretary of State John Kerry and Cuba’s Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez will hold talks on the matter in Washington on Monday, BBC reported.

A symbolic move will give a start to a long and tough way of normalization of relations, Cuba leader Raul Castro said. He urged Obama to raise the question of lifting embargo from Cuba.
