YEREVAN. – OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair James Warlick on Monday met with the a number of NGOs that represent Armenian refugees.

The Co-Chair said the issue of refugee resettlement is a very complicated one.

Mr. Warlick added during his last visit to Baku he met with refugees and internally displaced from Zangelan (Kovsakan – ed. ).

“They laid out many of the issues that they faced and they do want to return,” he said during a press conference in Yerevan. “And today I heard from Armenians, who have been displaced, that those issues also need to be discussed.”
