Cairo expects the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) delegation to visit Egypt by September 10 to establish a free trade zone, the source in the Arab Republic Embassy told RIA Novosti on Monday.
“The group of the [EEU] representatives must arrive in Egypt by September 10. Whether this will be possible to carry out remains unknown, but this very date was mentioned,” the source said.
According to him, completion of the project assessment for establishing free trade zone is currently expected. “They have partly finished the assessment, and we’re still expecting the completion of its second part,” he added.
