Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick condemned deliberate targeting of innocent civilians.
“We condemn the deliberate targetting of innocent civilians in the Nagorno-#Karabakh conflict. We stand for a negotiated settlement. #Nkpeace,” the diplomat tweeted.
On Friday the mediator posted the photograph of a 120mm mortar noting that such an escalation is unacceptable.
