YEREVAN. – The American dollar (USD) exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) comprised AMD 477.54/$1 in Armenia on Tuesday; this is down by AMD 1.44 from the previous day.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 534.08 (down by AMD 14.12), that of one British pound was AMD 738.71 (down by AMD 9.86), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 7.21 (down by AMD 0.09), informed the Central Bank of Armenia press service.

One gram of silver, gold and platinum amounted to AMD 233.06, AMD 17,399.09 and AMD 14,923.37, respectively.

Tuesday’s trading totaled USD 100,000 at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange. The transactions were conducted at an average exchange rate of AMD 476/$1, and the trading session closed likewise at AMD 476/$1.
