YEREVAN. – The American dollar (USD) exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) comprised AMD 476.53/$1 in Armenia on Wednesday; this is down by AMD 1.01 from Tuesday.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 530.23 (down by AMD 3.85), that of one British pound was AMD 729.09 (down by AMD 9.62), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 7.21 (unchanged), informed the press service of the Central Bank of Armenia.

In addition, one gram of silver, gold and platinum amounted to AMD 233.06, AMD 17,399.09 and AMD 14,923.37, respectively.

The NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, however, saw no USD trading on Wednesday.
