A report was received on Sunday at 8:45pm that a traffic accident had occurred nearby Lusadzor village in the Tavush Province of Armenia, and rescuers were needed.
A fire and rescue squad was dispatched to the scene.
It was found out that an Opel—with driver M. A.—and a VAZ-2106-model car—with driver A. Y.—had collided on the Ijevan-Noyemberyan motorway nearby the aforementioned village.
As a result of the crash, the VAZ-2106 had turned over and fallen into Aghstev River.
