YEREVAN. – The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations of Armenia received a report on Monday at 1am.

Accordingly, fire had broken out at the roof of a house in capital city Yerevan, and assistance was needed.

Operative groups and seven fire and rescue squads were dispatched to the scene.

It was found out that the fire had started in the houses belonging to H. M. and G. G.

The residents of H. M.’s house, H. M., 87, E. M., 84, and M., 60, were in the house, whereas M. M., 56, was taken to a psychiatric center.

The fire was put out at 6:26am.

The two houses were completely burnt down, whereas the roofs of two other houses were partially destroyed by the fire.

In addition, the firemen and rescue workers discovered two dead bodies.
