YEREVAN.  - Being in a blockade from the side of Turkey, Armenia turned out to be so weak as not to be able to present the reality.

Aram Manukyan, Secretary of the Armenian National Congress (ANC) parliamentary faction, told the aforementioned to Armenian News – NEWS.am correspondent, referring to the adoption by PACE of Milica Marković’s report entitled “Inhabitants of frontier regions of Azerbaijan are deliberately deprived of water.”

“We are in a blockade from the side of Azerbaijan and Turkey, and Azerbaijan tells the international community that you are holding it in an isolation, and because of this there is a possibility of a humanitarian catastrophe. What a shame!” Manukyan said.   

Referring to the justifications of the authorities that Robert Walter’s failed report “Escalation of Violence in Nagorno-Karabakh and Other Occupied Territories of Azerbaijan” was more important, Manukyan noted: “They talk about caviar. But wasn’t there oil or caviar in 1994? And how did it happen that now everything has turned against Armenia? Apparently, everything worked out this way due to the authorities. Let them work properly!”

Responding to the comment that diplomatic success was still achieved with respect to one report, Manukyan said: “And who says it’s a success? Two bullets were fired and one of them killed you. Is it success? It’s simply shameful!”
