Alexander Kobrinsky, a deputy in the Saint Petersburg (Russia) Legislative Assembly, has proposed the teaching of “roofering”—i.e. the climbing of roofs that are not designed for it—safety rules in schools.
Because of this initiative, Lenta.ru, a Moscow-based online newspaper, has looked at the websites of “roofers” from a variety of countries, and which show their “achievements,” in detail.
