Removal of dollar dependence in price formation will bring close the introduction of the single Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) currency, Belarusian PM Andrei Kobyakov told RIA Novosti.

“It is necessary to switch to price formation in national currencies. In this case the perspective for creating single currency will be much closer than if we continue using the currency of third countries in mutual estimates and price formation,” Kobyakov said.

According to the PM, considering the Action Plans signed in the EEU, the creation of preconditions for introducing single currency will at least last till 2025.
