Roman MP Cezar Florin Preda has been appointed as the new co-rapporteur of the PACE Monitoring Committee on Azerbaijan.
Head of the Armenian delegation to PACE, Hermine Naghdalyan, told the aforementioned to Armenian News – NEWS.am.
In this position, Preda has replaced Spanish MP Augustin Conde.
