The US Air Force for the first time inflicted a blow on the militants of the Islamic State terrorist group using B-52 strategic bomber, reports Military.com. As Stephen Warren the US Army Colonel announced, the plane made an attack on April 18. Its target was a warehouse with terrorists’ weapons near Kayar in south of the Iraqi district Mosul. The air blows on militant targets in the area of Mosul continued till April 19 and 20, Warren added.
