Donald Trump will have to appear at court of San Diego (California) after elections in early November to defend the charge of fraudulent activities at Trump University. There are three such lawsuits filed-- two in California and one in New York, reports TASS with a reference to the Associated Press.

The District Judge Gonzalo Curiel appointed the session on  November 28 based on one of the claims , i.e. after the presidential election. Curiel was guided by a principle of providing safety and objectivity of the jury , who might have been subjected to blatant pressure from Trump’s supporters and the media, in case of the trial had been scheduled before the election day . The billionaire 's lawyer Daniel Petrocelli said that Trump is willing to appear at all the sessions of San Diego court, without exception.

Trump University has long ceased to exist , as it was operating without a license. The university was carrying out trainings on how to achieve success in real estate transactions . The trainings were provided at a charge of $ 35 thousand . The plaintiffs argue that they did not obtain useful knowledge, but instead were constantly subjected to the pressure of instructors to pay for one more course.

Since the beginning of 1980 there have been filed more than 150 lawsuits against the billionaire. The majority of them were settled.
