President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker stated that migration agreement between the EU and Turkey risks to fail, if Ankara does not fulfill all its obligations and does not amend the anti-terrorism law, Gazeta reported quoting Reuters.
Juncker said that they registered criteria for introduction of a visa-free regime, a total of 72. The 65th paragraph stated about revision of the anti-terrorist law by the Turkish government.
According to him, in case if Mr. Erdogan decides to forbid citizens to travel to Europe free of charge, he will have to explain it to the Turkish people.
