The president of Chechnya’s Supreme Court, Magomed Karataev resigned and apologized to Ramzan Kadyrov for shortcomings in the work of district judges.

" Those were flagrant cases of serious violations of the law , and I am fully take upon myself the responsibility for those mistakes,"  quotes Grozny  TV channel.

On May 5 during the consultation with representatives of judicial authority   Kadyrov suggested Karataevin and three judges to voluntarily resign . He pointed to the cases of unfair judgments and delays.  Karataeve said he did not leave the country , despite rumors against him, whereas the reports about pressures used against him are groundless.
