Ireland will be the first to establish a brewing school. The art of making beverages will be taught based on technological school in Carlow, reports the TASS. According to the designer of the program David Ryan, the school will have no less than 100 graduates in the upcoming five years. Students will be familiar with all the nuances in the area upon their graduation. They will also study biochemistry, as different strains of yeast are used in beer:  local yeast for transparent beer, fruit yeast for wheat beer or stiff yeast for classic beer.
