At least 284,158 refugees are wanted in Germany by Inpol system as people due to be arrested for deportation, Hessian Broadcasting Corporation reported on Friday quoting data of Federal Office on criminal cases for September 1.

The report noted that this was almost 140% growth in comparison with 2015, DW reported.

These migrants are wanted due to illegal stay in Germany. According to the law, foreign citizen can be reported missing if the German authorities failed to establish his/her whereabouts and this person must leave the territory of Germany.

According to the representative of BKA, a part of the wanted foreigners was already deported. In such cases, these migrants were included in the relevant base so that in the case of repeated illegal entrance German authorities could react immediately.
