Former head of China’s coal company Longmay Group, Yu Tieyi, is sentenced to death for corruption with 2-year of reprieve, reports the SINA. He was found guilty for taking bribes in the amount of $ 45 million, states the verdict. Executions in China are mainly come into force shortly, after the verdict has been issued. However, the verdict grants 2-year of reprieve for this case, which means, that the accused has a hope that the supreme penalty might be changed with  life imprisonment.
