Russia continues the policy of "military threat" using large scale and unexpected maneuvers, stated the Secretary General of the NATO Jens Stoltenberg, reports the DW. According to him, the Alliance continues strengthening the policy of deterrence and defense, which based on increasing  the NATO’s presence in Eastern Europe and the Black Sea. The Secretary General stressed that NATO is extremely concerned about bombings that have restarted in Aleppo, also with a possibility that Russian will use its aircraft-carrier strike groups in the Mediterranean Sea to increase the attacks on that city.
