Russia would like to improve relations with the U.S., or this purpose the parties should make concessions, the head of the center of strategic developments (CSD) Alexei Kudrin said at the Eurasian Economic Integration conference.
“Russia has been saying, most recently after Donald Trump’s election, that we want to improve our ties with the US. This means both sides must go halfway,” former Russian minister said.
