The Russian President Vladimir Putin and the new elected US president Donald Trump will meet in the first half of 2017. There are all political preconditions for this meeting, said the Chairman of International Affairs Committee of the State Duma Alexei Pushkov. "A lot will depend on the meeting between Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump in the issue of mitigation or cancellation of anti-Russian sanctions. I am sure, the meeting will take place in the first half of 2017," Pushkov said, reports the RIA Novosti.
