Russian President's Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov explained journalists that Vladimir Putin’s letter to the U.S. President-elect Donald Trump contained congratulations on his victory in the presidential election, RIA Novosti reported.
Trump told Wall Street Journal that he received a “beautiful” letter from the Russian President and added that they scheduled a phone call shortly.
