YEREVAN. – The President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, acted tough but restrained, in Brussels, political scientist Aleksandr Manasyan noted at a press conference on Saturday. 

As per Manasyan, the President did not openly criticize the policy of the European organizations, which equate the parties to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, despite the military aggression and threats by Azerbaijan. 

The analyst added, however, that a lot has changed at the conflict zone itself, as the Armenian side has strengthened its position in the frontlines and modernized its weaponry.
