Artur Osikyan, Head of the Criminal Executive Department (CED) of Armenia, on Tuesday received a delegation, led by Donald Bisson, Deputy Head of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE/ODIHR) election observation mission.

Osikyan briefed the guests on the legislative and organizational guarantees toward the engagement of the administrations of Armenia’s penitentiaries, the legislative regulations, and the proper exercise of the suffrage of inmates during elections in the country, the CED Department of Public Relations informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The OSCE/ODIHR election observation mission is in Armenia along the lines of the parliamentary election to be conducted in the country on April 2.
