U.S. President Donald Trump will nominate Washington lawyer Noel Francisco to be solicitor general, the government's top advocate before the U.S. Supreme Court, Reuters reported quoting the White House.
Currently, there are eight judges in the Supreme Court instead of nine, one seat is vacant. Trump put forward for the vacant seat of Judge Neil Gorsuch.
