The law enforcement officers arrested a 31-year-old woman who is accused of having left her two-year-old daughter in a grocery store. Moreover, when one of the store visitors tried to return the child, her mother ignored her, reports Americaru.
Chiangkham Vilaysan was detained at the bank, when the cashier recognized her. Currently, the woman is in prison on suspicion of leaving her danger, disregarding her parental duties, and using psychotropic drugs. The Times reports that Vileysan went shopping with her little daughter, but, having paid for the purchases, she left without her. The woman did not even try to find her lost child, and when a passer-by tried to return her daughter, she said: "Just leave her."
“In my whole career I have never seen anything where out-of the blue someone leaves their kid in a crowded grocery store like this,” said the Police Officer Ryan Railsback.
