Consulates of Poland in Kiev, Kharkov, Odessa, and Lutsk are closed because of the recent attack. "Poland's Consulate in Kharkov announces, that on March 29, 2017 the Consulate will be closed (Wednesday) and will not accept visitors," informs the website of Poland's Consulate in Kharkov. Similar announcements were placed on the websites of the Consulates in Kiev, Vinitsa, Lviv, and Odessa.

As UNIAN reports, there took place an explosion on the fourth floor of the Polish Consulate in Lutsk on the night of March 29. Ukraine's security service informed, that according to the preliminary data the explosion took place due to shooting from RPG-26 grenade-gun. The explosion caused no casualties. The authorities do not exclude a possibility of a terrorist attack.
