STEPANAKERT. – President of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic/NKR), Bako Sahakyan, on 31 March Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on constitutional reforms, Karabakh president's press office said.

According to the decree, Coordination Council on Constitutional Reforms was formed under the NKR President. The composition, working procedure of the Council as well as the list of laws affirmed by the Artsakh Constitution and liable to acceptance or change were set up.

Head of the Artsakh Republic President’s Office Marat Musaelyan was appointed the chairman of the Coordination Council.
