German Chancellor Angela Merkel urged refugees not to flock to big cities as there are very great difficulties with housing. That's why she advised them to settle in villages, TASS reported.
According to her, the authorities of the country are trying first of all to provide emergency accommodation to those who got the right to stay in Germany.
