Defense Minister of the Artsakh Republic (Nagorno-Karabakh/NKR), Lieutenant General Levon Mnatsakanyan held command conferences in a number of military units on Wednesday and Thursday.
During the conferences, issues related to the military units, as well as the army in general were discussed, the press-service of the NKR Defense Army informed Armenian News – NEWS.am.
Mnatsakanyan gave relevant instructions to the competent officials.
