The second blast rocked the Egyptioan town of Tanta where earlier an explosive device went off at a Coptic church, RIA Novosti reported quoting Ahbar Ajila.
The second blast occurred near the training center of local police.
As reported earlier, at least 21 people have been killed and dozens were injured at a Coptic church in northern Egypt.
