The parliament supported the proposal of the British Prime Minister Theresa May to hold early parliamentary elections on June 8, repots the BBC.
522 deputies voted in favor of holding early elections to the House of Commons, whereas 13 voted against.
Yesterday, May announced that she plans to request the parliament to put her suggestion for a vote. However, before she ruled out a possibility of holding elections before 2020.
