YEREVAN. - The Karabakh conflict has ceased to be only the issue of Armenia and Azerbaijan, supporter of Spiritual Armenia initiative, member of former Karabakh committee Ashot Manucharyan told journalists Friday.
In his words, if people have been allowed to make a settlement and consequently reside in the occupied territories, the situation would have been quite different. “When soldiers are killed on the border, a working group should be set up in Armenia and it should be stated that the Congress of Global Armenians will launch its work in two months. We should create systems, which will work with different logic,” Manucharyan said, adding that Armenians worldwide have always had such systems.
