North Korea is ready to send a delegation for the Winter Olympics in the South, Yonhap agency reported on Tuesday.
North Korea said that it will send a delegation of high-ranking officials and others, including athletes, cheering and performing art squads, taekwondo demonstration teams and journalists on the occasion of the games, Vice Unification Minister Chun Hae-sung told a briefing.
The high-level talks were held at the border village of Panmunjom to discuss the North's participation in the PyeongChang Winter Games and ways to improve ties, the agency said.
