Film director Michael Moore compared the US President Donald Trump with Adolf Hitler in his new provocative documentary, "Fahrenheit 11/9”, CNBC reported. 

In the documentary, Moore tries to analyze the forces he believes contributed to Trump's election victory in November 2016, while paralleling the ascent of Hitler in Germany in the 1930s. 

According to him, a new film is a call to action for Americans.

“We explore the question of how the hell we got in this mess and how do we get out of it. We are in a war to get our country back. Anyone who doesn't understand that is going to be sorely disappointed in the results of what's about to happen in the next few years with Donald Trump,’ he noted.
