The Nobel Prize in Economics was divided equally between William D. Nordhaus “for integrating climate change into long-run macroeconomic analysis” and Paul M. Romer “for integrating technological innovations into long-run macroeconomic analysis.”
The awarding ceremony of economics prize is traditionally held in Stockholm on December 10, the day when Alfred Nobel died.
