My lecture at the Ministry of Defense was devoted to inclusive economy and the Work, Armenia Program. This is what Armenia’s Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan told journalists on 27 March.

“My lecture was part of the lectures hosted by the Ministry of Defense,” he said.

Earlier, NEWS.am had reported that Tigran Avinyan had lectured during the operative meeting of the leadership of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia at the Ministry of Defense. This sparked criticism on social media websites, and users were asking each other how Tigran Avinyan, who hasn’t served in the army, delivered to lecture to army commanders.
