Saudi Arabia has no plans to lift the ban on Boeing 737 MAX flights, said Saudi Arabia’s transport minister Nabeel al-Amudi, Reuters reported.
Flyadeal, a Saudi low-cost airline, stated that it is waiting until investigations into the two crashes are completed before deciding if it proceeds with an order for 30 Boeing 737 MAX jets, valued at $ 5.9 billion.
It should be noted that the Boeing 737 MAX aircraft crash in Ethiopia, as a result of which 156 people died, many countries decided to abandon these aircraft. Last October, the Boeing MAX crashed in Indonesia. Moreover, the reason of plane crashes is presumably connected with control systems failure in both cases.
