The President of Armenia, Armen Sarkissian, has signed a decree.

Accordingly, contract serviceman Arman Bulghadaryan has been posthumously awarded with the Medal  for Combat Service, and in recognition of his courage and devotion while defending the borders of the homeland. 

As reported earlier, Arman Bulghadaryan (born in 1995), a contract serviceman of the Armenian Armed Forces, was killed Sunday in the northeastern sector of the border, by the shot fired from Azerbaijan.
