US Energy Secretary Rick Perry, who played a key role in the "Ukrainian scandal," refused to testify in the context of the impeachment process against President Donald Trump, Reuters reports.
Perry's resignation is the latest in a series of resignations by Trump officials.
Earlier, Trump announced that Energy Secretary Rick Perry would resign of by the end of the year.
