YEREVAN. – A meeting of the Armenian and Russian Board of Control Chambers was held in Moscow on Monday.

The sides discussed results of joint inspections for effective expenditure of budgetary and off-budgetary funds of the Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University (RAU).

Head of the Armenian Control Chamber Ishkhan Zakaryan stressed importance of activities and proposals of both structures, the press service of Control Chamber informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The sides stressed necessity of reviewing legal acts regulating Slavonic university’s activities in order to raise wages of professors, purchase new equipment, and give an opportunity to use Russian grants for research.
